Ickle Pickles welcomes its newest Pledge Partners

Congratulations to King’s College Hospital London’s neonatal unit, Midland Metropolitan University Hospital, and Northwick Park Hospital for becoming Ickle Pickles’ latest Pledge Partners.

The Ickle Pickles Pledge is a collaborative commitment to proactively fundraise for the intensive and special care equipment that these units most urgently need. We aim to support neonatal units in accessing necessary equipment to improve the health and well-being of babies and parents by working in partnership with these neonatal units.

King’s College Hospital London’s neonatal unit provides exceptional care with 36 cots available for babies born before 27 weeks gestation. Ickle Pickles have been working with King’s College Hospital since 2018 and have donated numerous items, including Reclining Chairs for Kangaroo Care cuddles, developmental care items such as baby nests and positioners, as well as complete room refurbishments for a Quiet Room and two rooming-in rooms when families are preparing to take their baby home.

Midland Metropolitan University Hospital is Ickle Pickles’ newest Pledge Partner, and has been working with Ickle Pickles since July 2025. Their neonatal unit of 29 cots cares for over 850 babies each year. Northwick Park Hospital maintains a dedicated setup with special care and a total of 28 cots. Ickle Pickles helped fund their parent room refurbishment in 2025 and is delighted to be working with a supportive neonatal team. Ickle Pickles’ fundraising initiatives such as the Incubator Push are helping the joint fundraising pledge.
