Northwick Park Hospital
Northwick Park Hospital | Watford Road, Harrow, HA1 3UJ | London
We developed a relationship with Northwick Park late in 2025 and helped with fund some Parent room refurbishment. The clinical team are incredibly supportive of our work and we have big plans to organise fundraising events with them.
Stories
Could you share your story to raise awareness of the neonatal journey? If you’re ready to share your experience on Ickle Pickles’ website, consider our prompts to craft the unique story of your Ickle Pickle.
Current Appeals
The clinical team have requested a Criticool Mini Control unit which helps protect newborn babies who have suffered a serious lack of oxygen around birth. It gently lowers and controls the baby’s body temperature, giving their brain time to recover and reducing the risk of long-term disability.
The baby rests on a soft wrap connected to the unit, and the machine keeps their temperature at exactly the right level for the full treatment period. It is quiet, portable, and designed specifically for the tiniest and most fragile patients.
Current NeoHero
Would you or someone you know like to volunteer as a NeoHero and support your local neonatal unit? Ickle Pickles’ NeoHeroes support NICU parents, fundraise and contribute to the relationship between the charity and their neonatal unit.
You can help parents with a newborn or baby in neonatal intensive care at one of Ickle Pickles’ coffee mornings, get involved with fundraising events or raise awareness of prematurity.
Get in touch at info@icklepickles.org if you think you could be a NeoHero.
