Gold Challenge is a unique new charity challenge where you can test yourself in 5, 10, 20, or 30 Olympic and Paralympic Sports by the end of 2012
You can take part in Gold Challenge as an individual or as part of a team challenge each taking on your chosen Olympic and Paralympic sports. So why not challenge yourself in a new sport and raise funds for the Ickle Pickles.

Each of the 30 sports within the Gold Challenge are supported by their Governing body ensuring that participation fees are kept to a minimum.
Why choose to raise funds for the Ickle Pickles?
By choosing to complete your Gold Challenge for the Ickle Pickles, you will be helping us as we strive to give every newborn a chance, especially those that are born prematurely or with life threatening conditions that require special or intensive care.
Just get in touch with us if you would like the funds you raise to be donated to a specific Neonatal Unit in the UK. If you don't specify a unit we will distribute the funds on your behalf to one of the appeals that we currently have running.
